The entire shift management system was developed by our team, with various indispensable modules. At the web development stage, we used React.js on the front-end to enable faster interaction with the system. On the other hand, the back-end of the system, built with Python (Django), ensures a stable system architecture, effective management, and security. The system offers multi-level access for different roles:
Administrator
With an advanced control panel, admins can easily create, edit, and delete user accounts, manage employees’ shifts and schedules, and add or edit hospital information. One of the most important features we added to the control panel is the ability to create and manage call center scripts, which greatly helps the operators in their work. The admin can view detailed call logs, which is useful for analysis.
Call Center Operator
We designed a clear interface for operators to easily make new calls and enter patient information according to approved scripts. With the integration of the API, operators will be able to automatically retrieve call information, saving them time. Additionally, operators will be able to view previous call logs, helping them better understand patients’ cases.
User (Patient)
Using a special module, patients can freely check the available slots for appointments. This solution not only frees up the call center but also enables users to effortlessly arrange their visits.
Overall, the SanaPlus shift scheduling software has become a central hub for managing all Crisis Center operations. It has automated routine tasks like scheduling and record-keeping, thereby allowing the team focus on delivering high-quality care.
