Centralized Database
During medical software modernization services, the Dinamicka Development team built a custom orchestration layer on top of the Health Expert platform. We chose PostgreSQL and .NET to architect a centralized database infrastructure. This completely wiped out data silos, enabling instant, cross-border synchronization for patient files, medical histories, and billing data without any lag.
Smart Document Workflow
We used Angular to build a “Smart Document Workflow” module that scans intake documents and instantly fills out digital patient profiles. This wiped out most of the manual data entry at the front desk. To help doctors, we paired this system with intuitive UI templates. They take the hassle out of scheduling and keep clinical documentation errors to an absolute minimum.
DICOM Integration
To solve the challenge of connecting diagnostic equipment, Dinamicka Development engineers integrated the equipment directly into the system using the DICOM standard and PACS servers. This solution allows doctors/experts to play and handle video files and images directly in the patient’s electronic medical record (EMR).
Compliance Architecture
Thanks to Dinamicka Development’s expertise in medical software engineering, the final platform is fully HL7/FHIR and HIPAA compliant.
The team developed a reliable two-way integration with state registers: the Ukrainian eHealth system (NSZU) and the Polish P1/NFZ platform. Now doctors can instantly check e-prescriptions, referrals, and insurance status right in the MIS interface. This completely saved the staff from having to input the same data twice.
We put information security at the forefront. The system uses end-to-end data encryption during storage and transmission (data at rest & data in transit). We also implemented a role-based access model (RBAC) and full audit logging. This reliably protects medical records and at the same time maintains a stable connection to national databases.
