The client’s initial request was to create a corporate website. After its release, the client informed us that they get lots of clients through website, and they need something to help them process all the information and documents they have to work with. This is how the request for CRM appeared.
Business processes of the company were going smoothly, but automatization was required.
Main pain points of this business were the following:
- No automatization. The client was planning to expand business, hire new employees and work with more clients, respectively, although there was no solution which could decrease the workload of the team.
- Lots of documents to process. The company’s profile as a real estate enterprise meant that they have to deal with lots of documentation, many of them contained sensitive personal data, so it was necessary to keep all the information safe. Correct encryption algorithms, GDPR compliance and safe data processing were crucial here.
- Scaling support. The CRM had to work for employees in different Canadian time zones, which posed some difficulties with production update and seamless system operation.

Solution
An intuitive and clear design was created from scratch by our company. The designers worked on simple and easy-to-use screens which allow to focus on the necessary information, allowing to review all the aspects of a deal on one page, not moving to other pages too often.
Developers worked on data safety, integrity and encryption.
Front-End and Backend development focused on implementation of smooth and intuitive interface, as well as database for keeping all the client data and documents, maintaining safety and integrity.
The CRM system for Real Estate company allows to do the following:
- Manage system users and review their details;
- Verify user’s identity and key details like citizenship, employment, mortgage details, source of funds;
- Create deals with configurations and types;
- Create deal team including lawyers, clerks, clients, property owners etc.;
- Communicate information on deals and their stages through comments and messages;
- Upload and store documents related to clients and deals, for further use and check;
- Create integrations with online document management systems for exchange and verification purposes.
