Health Control Mobile App for Seniors

We created an easy-to-use mobile app for patients, featuring structured daily routines, educational breathing practices, and physical activity tracking. 

How does it work?

A patient should track the symptoms daily and complete special breathing & physical exercises. The system keeps a diary of patient’s daily activity and allows a doctor to keep an eye on it remotely!

Symptoms control

• What Symptoms did the patient have today?
• Has sleep been affected by coughing?
• How many times did the patient have to use the rescue inhaler in the last 24 hours?

All the info could be noted as the first step of the daily activity.

Breathing
Users can watch video tutorials on how to use pursed lip breathing to help with shortness of breath from COPD or other lung diseases with the American Lung Association.

Exercise
The last step of a daily check-out process is a simple workout complex. A Doctor sets up a few exercises with several sets picked specifically for a Patient.

Functionality

Quick Search

Search engine works in a complex way and allows Admin to see results sorted by Patients, Exercise training, Health tips, and categories.

Daily tips

A doctor can send notifications to patients with useful articles on any health topic. It can be edited and sent out inside the admin dashboard.
