We delivered a unified workspace that has been specifically designed with the daily routine of real estate agents in mind. The CRM development process began by mapping out the typical real estate agent’s journey, including every stage of their work. This approach helped us to define the needs and create prototypes that are easy to use.
The system was developed with React.js on the frontend, which provides app-like responsiveness. Python and PostgreSQL are used for stable data processing on the backend. Like the main ParcelIQ platform, the CRM module is deployed on an AWS server, which guarantees the stability of the system.
Lead Capture
To help qualify potential clients, we added a “Leads” section where agents can integrate forms from their own websites. New requests instantly show up in the CRM inbox, which means no more manual data entry and no potential clients getting lost. In addition, the system supports the ability to manually create new contacts/leads who have requested a service, or to bulk upload contact lists by importing them from CSV files.
Customizable Deal Pipeline
Within the “Deals” section, we built an interactive Kanban board to control and manage the sales process. Agents can visually track the progress of each negotiation, moving the deal from qualification to closing. The stages of the pipeline can be fully customized according to the needs of different agencies.
Activity Planning
To help agents stay focused on their work, we have included a functional “Activities” module. This tool helps users easily plan calls, meetings, and tasks and keep track of all scheduled activities in a calendar view. Calendar sends automatic notifications about upcoming events. This ensures that important calls and meetings with customers are never missed.
Centralized Communication
A “Messages” feature replaces disjointed email threads from classic email providers. All communication history with a client is stored directly within their profile card or deal, providing agents with the full context of every interaction at their fingertips.
Because real estate agents often work in the field, we’ve made the system easy to use on mobile devices and tablets. This solution gives agents quick access to their client database and property info no matter where they are—whether at their workspace, on a property tour, or on the road.
