The project appeared as an addition to an existing hotel booking application, Swiss Hotel, created for booking hotel services. 247Concierge, as it may be concluded from its name, is aimed to provision of services creating comfort for tourists and people on a trip. The application allows to book limousine, housekeeping and concierge services through one app.

247 Concierge is a special application aimed to provide additional comfort for high-level clients coming to mountain regions of Switzerland and desiring to get the most of their journey and time in that country.
Starting another app for this purpose and not adding just another menu item to an existing hotel booking application, the clients wanted to expand their target audience providing services not only to their guests and visitors of their website, but also attracting absolutely new potential customers.

Solution
Creating this application, it was crucial to keep that luxurious feeling in the approach to design and services representation to make a necessary impression and gain clients’ trust through the very interface of the app. Designers delivered this idea with clear and intuitive design with high-quality images depicting the hotel interiors. Preferred colors – white, yellow, beige, and black.
A separate form is designed for ordering a limousine or another vehicle for transfer.

Results
The company obtained a separate resource for concierge and transfer services. It allows to organize another flow of customers ordering transfer and housekeeping services, and increase the number of prospective customers.
